Straightening Machine
Straightening Machines are use to straighten Section Like Iron angle, Channels, Beams, Flats, Hex, Square and any profile Sections like Z Section, F7 Section.
Section Straightening Machines Double supported Straightening Machine.
All Types of models are design on the basis of Section Size and accordingly we design centre distance of the Rolls in between..We have manufactured Machine for Iron Angle up to 250 x 250 x 35 mm and for I Beam up to 600 x 210 mm so far.
The roller section straightening machine is most suitable for straightening of any rolled, drawn or extruded ferrous and non-ferrous in cold condition.. All straightening rolls (Top and Bottom) are mounted on cantilever type spindle. This arrangement is most suitable where quick change of rolls is required. Bottom rolls are driven by a distribution gear train. The directions of bottom rolls are clockwise/ anticlockwise depending upon of material. The top rolls for applying straightening pressure on material. These are having up-down and axial adjustment from front by hand wheels or optional motorized system.

Speed Increaser
Speed Increaser improves machine productivity. They are generally installed in bar mill in between intermitted mill stands to increase output speed of the rolled product and offer greater rigidity and accuracy.
Tail Breaker
Tail breaker is installed after the flying shear & before the cooling bed to reduce the velocity of TMT bars. It runs through ac & dc variable drives. The rolls are separated through pneumatic cylinder. It consists of steel fabricated body, Pneumatic cylinder, top and bottom arms and rolls.
Pinch Roll
PINCH ROLLS comprise of Two rolls used to accelerate the speed of the hot produce in the rolling mill plant. This machine is mostly used in bar mill.
Ejector
Ejector are used for ejecting billet from the re-heating furnace and shifting it on Run out table which further transfers the billet to the first Roughing Stand.
Hydraulic/Mechanical Pusher
Pushers are used in continuous type furnace. We design, manufacture and supply hydraulically operated, mechanically operated (screw type) and pneumatically operated pushers in steel rolling mill where the continuous type furnace are being used.
Roller Guide Box
Roller guide boxes are employed in a continuous rolling operation at input side. Simple design allows easy installation with smooth operation in different rolling conditions. It is made out of non magnetic Stainless Steel. It has low power consumption.
Roller Twisted Pipe
Twist pipe is used for automatic hot steel rolling mill plant for twisting the Steel bars before it enters next Rolling Mill stand. It is completely made out of S. S. casting.
Universal Spindles
Universal spindle are used for power transmission and placed are between couplings. They are manufactured out of forged steel. Basically EN-8 or EN-9 and they are properly machined as per design and requirement.
Couplings (Gear/Universal/Flexo Type)
Universal couplings are used to connect the sets of axis and to transfer movement and angular force of mechanical products and have vast application in Hot Rolling Mills.They are classified into types of mechanical, hydraulic and electromagnetic. Mechanical type is the most common one. It is classified into rigid type, flexible type and safe type according to different standards & end user application Rigid type couplings have the main functions of connection and transmission, such as flanged type, sleeve type and clamping type, flexible type couplings have the main functions of connection, transmission, buffering and compensation, such as gear type, membrane type, chain type, universal type and non-metal flexible type. Safe couplings have functions not only as above mentioned, but also overload protection, such as ball type, friction type and pin connected type.
Sprockets
A sprocket is a profiled wheel with teeth, cogs, or even sprockets that mesh with a chain, track or other perforated or indented material. The name ‘sprocket’ applies generally to any wheel upon which are radial projections that engage a chain passing over it. It is distinguished from a gear in that sprockets are never meshed together directly, and differs from a pulley in that sprockets have teeth and pulleys are smooth. Sprockets are of various designs, a maximum of efficiency being claimed for each by its originator. Sprockets typically do not have a flange. Some sprockets used with timing belts have flanges to keep the timing belt centered. Sprockets and chains are also used for power transmission from one shaft to another where slippage is not admissible, sprocket chains being used instead of belts or ropes and sprocket-wheels instead of pulleys. They can be run at high speed and some forms of chain are so constructed as to be noiseless even at high speed.
Fiber Bearing
Fiber Bearings are molded from Plastic Laminate of select Cotton fabric, bonded with phenol Formaldehyde Resin. It has wide Industrial Applications.
Special Characteristics
The very low coefficient of friction, when wet, it enables reduction in POWER consumption.
Being highly resistant to abrasion, it also considerably reduces roll journal wear.
Its large loading capacity brings about higher efficiency of the machine.
Water, the cheapest lubricant, can be used on the Bearings thus dispensing with the costly use of lubricating oils and / or greases.
Machines using Fiber Bearings have longer services, performance and high production efficiency.
Slag Crushing machine
Approximately 5% material is left back in the form of slag in Induction/Arc Melting Furnace Pots which includes around 15% of Steel Scrap Chips.
Traditionally these Steel chips were extracted by breaking the Slag manually through hammers & separating the chips left wasted with Slag but with the Help of our Slag Crushing Machine this process can be done at much faster rate and without any manpower associating with it.

The Power / Dust extracts from this system may be sold for consumption in cement Plants & Earth Filling purposes.
Safety Factor is provided in the Machine using mechanism that the large piece beyond the crushing capacity of the machine shall be separated in the very first stage, thus avoiding any accident in subsequent stages.
Bucket Conveyor ensures smooth & hurdle less transfer of material from one machine to another.
Magnetic Separator
Magnetic separation is a process in which magnetically susceptible material is extracted from a mixture using a magnetic force. In this machine the raw ore, after calcinations is fed onto a moving belt which passed underneath two pairs of electromagnets under which further belts runs at right angles to the feed belt. The first pair of electromagnets are weakly magnetized and served to draw off any iron ore present. The second pair is strongly magnetized and attracts the wolframite, which is weakly magnetic. These machines are capable of treating 10 tons of ore a day. This process of separating magnetic substances from the non-magnetic substances in a mixture with the help of a magnet is called magnetic separation.

These rolls are special hyper-eutectoid steel rolls . The extra carbon and special alloys give it extra wear resistance and strength
